Den Fernando brings over 17 years of experience in customer service, technical support, sales, and administrative roles. She spent six years working abroad, first as a Customer Service Executive in the construction industry and later as an Executive Assistant in the insurance sector. For the past five years, she has been a Virtual Assistant, supporting clients in various roles, including Executive Assistant, Lead Generation Specialist, Cold Caller, Claims Manager, and Reservation Specialist.

Known for her friendly, approachable, and reliable nature, Bernadine has a strong passion for helping others. Now, she brings her wealth of experience and dedication to our team, and we are excited to welcome her aboard. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, relaxing at home, and watching documentaries and short vlogs.
