Prepay & Save Program – Terms & Conditions - 19/05/2025

Welcome to the Prepay & Save Program at Lion Rocker Health. By purchasing a Value Pass under this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Clients can purchase prepaid credit passes to use towards eligible services at Lion Rocker Health.
• Each pass includes bonus credit as a thank-you for prepayment.
• Bonus credit amounts vary depending on the value tier selected.

• Credit may be used for most physiotherapy and remedial massage services.
• Credit cannot be used for product purchases, third-party services, or external referrals unless specified.
• Please consult our team to confirm eligible services.

• Credit is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
• Any unused credit after this period will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

• Standard appointment cancellation policy applies.
• If you cancel an appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice or fail to attend, a cancellation/no-show fee may be charged.
• If you have available credit, the fee may be deducted directly from your account balance.

• All Prepay & Save purchases are non-refundable.
• Credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the purchasing client.

• Clients may view their remaining balance via reception or their self service portal.
• Clients are responsible to track account balance. LR may, but do not guarantee, remind or low balance and/or expiring credit.

• Because of how the program is structured, clients can still claim eligible services using their private health insurance.
• However, on-the-spot claims through HICAPS or Tyro are not available when using Prepay & Save credit.
• After each eligible session, we will issue a paid invoice that can be used to make a claim directly with your health fund.

• Lion Rocker Health reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Value Pass if misuse or abuse of the program is detected.
• We may update these terms or discontinue the program at any time with reasonable notice.

• Applies only to new clients or clients whom last visit over 6 months ago
• New client must present the physical referral card at their first appointment.
• One $10 credit per referral.
• Referral passes are only created after the new client has attended their first appointment — not at the time of booking.
• Referrer receives their $10 credit after the referred client has attended.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and apply to services only.
• Cannot be combined with other new client discounts or promotions.
• Credit is valid for 4 weeks for the date of activation (i.e. date when referee attended the first appointment)
