Referral Program– Terms & Conditions

To encourage word-of-mouth referrals by offering $10 credit to both the new client (referee) and the existing client (referrer)

1. Applies only to new clients or clients whom last visit over 6 months ago
2. New client must present the physical referral card at their first appointment.
3. One $10 credit per referral.
4. Referral passes are only created after the new client has attended their first appointment — not at the time of booking.
5. Referrer receives their $10 credit after the referred client has attended.
6. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and apply to services only.
7. Cannot be combined with other new client discounts or promotions.
8. Credit is valid for 4 weeks for the date of activation (i.e. date when referee attended the first appointment)
