What is stayFIT?
stayFIT is a membership program where members enjoy discounted physiotherapy, Pilates and Remedial Massage Therapy services across all our clinics. We hope to provide access to more affordable high quality health services.
How does stayFIT work?
To become a stayFIT member, you will pay a monthly membership fee, which you can cancel anytime. After that, you enjoy at least 30-60% off all services we provide. This includes:
- Physiotherapy
- Women’s Health Physiotherapy
- Pilates
- Remedial Massage Therapy
In fact, 98% of our clients don’t pay any out-of-pocket fee with the member price and their private health insurance.
Who can benefit?
People with private health insurance
- Most private health insurances pay a fixed amount or a percentage of the appointment fee. stayFIT members with private health insurance pay no or less out-of pocket fee for all of our services
People without private health insurance
- stayFIT reduces the cost of an appointment by 30-60%. You are getting instant savings every time you come to an appointment or class.
How much is the membership fee?
The membership costs $70 a month, which you can cancel at any time.
We also offer the stayFIT40 (a discount) for people who can commit to a minimum 12-month period, at $40 a month.

Why join stayFIT
You save money while taking care of your health! We have done an analysis comparing members with non-members. We found members get their savings in two ways:
- The discounted appointment fees: You get 30-60% savings from the point you become a stayFIT member.
- Private health insurance rebate: You can use your private health insurance on all the services we provide. Since the appointment fee is reduced while your health cover stays the same amount, you might pay less or even no gap fee. In fact, 98% of our members pay nothing out of pocket for Pilates classes. Of course, the same principle applies to all of our services.

Terms and conditions
- stayFIT40 membership is a minimum of 12 month commitment to clients aiming to maintain and improve physical health and to build a healthy lifestyle.
- Members will pay the membership fees using a direct debit platform. Upon signing up using our online form, you agreed to a minimum 12 month commitment with a regular monthly debit from your bank account outlined in the online form
- At anytime during the membership, member can suspend the membership for maximum of 365. For each suspension, LR will charge $20 to cover the admin and financial expenses. Member will have to visit Lion Rocker Physio and Pilates in person/ using the online form and pay the fee in order for suspension to be activated. Cancellation of can occur after 12 months from the start of the commitment. Member will have to visit LR in person/ using the online form to cancel. Unless a cancellation request is received, your membership will not be cancelled. A regular direct debit will be performed as agreed at the membership sign up date.
- Price lock is the discounted price outlined in the price list for therapy and exercise sessions. Price lock sustain for the entire membership period.
- Discounted price is outlined in the price list agreed. LR will review the discounted price from time to time. LR will notify member if the discounted price is updated in advance
- LR reserves the right of final interpretation for the content hereinabove and STAY FIT program.

- stayFIT70 is a membership program for clients aiming to maintain and improve physical health and to build a healthy lifestyle.
- Members will be required to pay the membership fees using a direct debit platform. Upon signing up using our online form, you agreed a regular month debit to your bank account outlined in the online form
- At any time during the membership, members can cancel the membership by visiting Lion Rocker Physio and Pilates in person to fill in the required paperwork. Your membership cancellation might take up to 7 business days to be activated.
- The end date of your membership will be 1 month after your last payment.
- Price lock is the discounted price outlined in the price list for therapy and exercise sessions. Price lock sustain for the entire membership period.
- Discounted price is outlined in the price list agreed. LR will review the discounted price from time to time. LR will notify member if the discounted price is updated in advance
- LR reserves the right of final interpretation for the content hereinabove and STAY FIT program.
